This week we have been busy working on our specific designs and capsules. My capsule's theme is parrots indigenous to the Amazon Rain forest. The name of my collection is "Zyga" which refers to the term 'zygodactyl.' The indigenous parrots of the Amazon, and specifically scarlet macaws are are all zygodactyl's which is the scientific term for the arrangement of their claws.  Below is my concept board: 

We also completed 30 sketches this past week and selected 10 pieces to move foward with to make a line plan. Below are my 10 pieces that were chosen:
